Our Journey
A Commitment to Supporting Survivors since Inception
Founded in response to the pressing need for support among South Asian immigrant women, the South Asian Women Project began its journey in 2015. Over the years, we’ve developed crucial programs aimed at providing counseling, resources, and community connection, helping countless women break free from the cycle of domestic violence.

Our Commitment to Empowerment and Support
Our Mission
The South Asian Women Project is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment for immigrant women facing domestic violence. We aim to empower these women with the resources, knowledge, and community connection they need to reclaim their lives and break the silence surrounding their experiences.
Our Values
We believe in dignity, empowerment, and solidarity for all women. Our core values include respect for cultural diversity, commitment to confidentiality, and promoting community awareness to reduce stigma associated with domestic violence and mental health services.
